Each order is handmade in small batches when your order is placed and usually processed within 1 - 2 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail and shipping time is typically 2-3 business days. If you need faster shipping, please contact us directly and we will try our best to accommodate you.
We carefully package each order to minimize disruption during shipping. We also clearly label the outside of the box “Fragile” and “Please handle with care”. We cannot guarantee that the treats will always arrive untouched and all in one piece. Even though we all love food presentation, your pup will not mind if their yummy treat is a little broken. They just want their snack!
